Character Design - 3 Sages Colour Test

Yusri mentioned that this Colour Scheme makes them look like they were made from Clay.



I think Grey is a better Colour Choice. They look more like they were made from Rock.

Trivia: The name “Agnis” has two meanings. “Agnis” becomes “Singa” when spelled backwards and “Singa” means “Lion” in Malay. “Agni” is a Hindu and Vedic deity and one of the most important of the Vedic gods. He is the God of Fire, the Messenger of the Gods and the Acceptor of Sacrifice. The word “Agni” is Sanskrit for "Fire" (Noun), cognate with Latin “Ignis” (The root of English “Ignite”), Russian “Ogon” (Fire), spelled “Agon” and “Ogni”, spelled “Agni” (Fires).


The half of his current age is the age of Singapore’s Independence in the year 2007.


Agnis's weapon is based on the Holy Lance. According to legend, the Holy Lance (Also known as the Spear of Destiny, Holy Spear, Lance of Longinus, Spear of Longinus or Spear of Christ) is the lance that pierced Jesus while he was on the cross.

Meeting 5

Our Working Title for this comic is "FinisFluxus" which means "Final Flow".

I have a Rough Idea about how our Website and Interface are going to be. We will be going for the Simple Approach. We will have a Border made up of the 2 City Logos on each side. We will also have Scene Selection at the Bottom. The Play Button can be activated by moving the Computer Mouse.



Animation
Each Panel will come into the Frame and leave it later. We could also use the Zoom Feature. If there is any Rock-flying, we could make them run over the Border for better Effects.



We also did a little Brainstorming. It is nice to have Stuff:

Benjamin
1) You should start creating the Music for the Beginning / History Scenes.
2) Upload the Music online so that we can preview them and give some Constructive Comments.

1) Draft out the Storyboard. At least finish 3 Pages or Chapter 1 before next Thursday.

1) Finish the Colouring Test
2) Draft out the Look of the Website and the Interface

I tried putting the builds together. Ya, they are all the same. I thought of having a little different pattern. what you think??



I use blur on the buildings that are further away. I think it has more sense of depth.

Character Design - Anna Colour Test

The Top Left Version is Yusri's Original Idea of Anna's Colour Scheme. The other Colour Schemes are my own.

Sihiria Building Colouring test

After a meeting we desided to use vector as the style for the comic.

We think that if we are doing it in flash, why not use the tools there? Each of us have different style of drawing therefore we think that if we use vector, we can have a more standard style of drawing. And if we uses jpeg files it will also slow down the loading time. Therefore we think that this is the best choice.

I think black, purple and red symbolise evil.
I think this is the best.







And without outline.




I think with the outline is a better choice. It act like little shadows at the side and have a more soild feel.
